We recently travelled to India on a 19 day tour of Rajasthan, Agra, Varanasi and Shimla. I worked with Mukul via email to arrange this holiday for two and throughout the whole process, Mukul showed the utmost professionalism. He was always prompt with responses and information. Mukul booked all our accommodation and internal flights and when one of our flights cancelled virtually last minute, he arranged another booking with no problems and kept us informed all the way. On the ground in India, everything went like clockwork. We were met at each location by a company rep and taken to our hotel, assisted with check in and given information about how things would proceed the next day with our tour. Mukul kept in touch along the way checking and ensuring that all was going well. Thank you Mukul !! All the drivers and guides organised for our tours were very good and showed a good level of professionalism. Family of 8, 4 kids and 4 adults. First trip to north and south India from USA. After the recommendation from several friends booked trip to North and south India. 9 cities in 17 days. Major worry was language barrier, traffic, getting sick. Wanted 5 star hotels with swimming pools, excellent guides and safe drivers. Every one of the requirements was met. Mukul in Delhi and his partner Fen in Kochi, met us at the airport and dropped us at the hotel. Excellent!! — My Husband and I made a trip to India from Toronto this January. After a lot of online research and reaching out to multiple travel companies, we narrowed down on Odin Tours (selected mainly based on the positive online reviews!) and we couldn’t possibly be HAPPIER with our choice! Mukul was super responsive, involved and extremely informative throughout the planning process. We were really unsure on how to plan the trip, and as such had very many questions and concerns. Mukul provided us with very detailed and well thought-out options at different price points which not only allowed us to have a near perfect itinerary and make the most of our time, but also added in experiences we hadn’t considered at all. We had loosely planned on Delhi, Agra, Jaipur, but based on Mukul’s recommendation we added Ranthambore Tiger sanctuary and one night in Bharatpur, both of which were such incredible places to visit! Upon reaching Delhi, Mukul was there to receive us in person and everything was smooth and well organized. The car itself was super clean, comfy and we were welcomed with a cute picnic basket filled with snacks! Our driver Sanjay was great as were all the hotels that had been selected for our stays. Most importantly we really appreciated Mukul’s diligence on checking in with us during the trip to ensure everything was to our liking. Based on the reference, we (2 kids and 2 adults) booked a 4-day Delhi, Agra and Jaipur tour with Odin Tours. I found the service and response of this travel agency to be excellent. Easily 5-stars. My emails were promptly responded to, and everyone showed up when they were supposed to. The value for the Toyoto Van is worth and driver was diligent and careful. The only reason I’m giving this travel agency 5-stars is because our tour of Jaipur, Tajmahal was very good. The arrangements such as tour guide, restaurant stops was fantastic. Both the guide and driver were friendly and courteous, and they constantly supply us with free bottled water (and you’re going to need that, even in the summer months). Prices are reasonable. Next, i am planning trekking with them. I have referred Odin Tours to my colleagues in United States and they were satisfied. – Naren Gadde

Recently I travelled to Rajasthan with my family via Odin Tours, and we had a delightful experience. The range of hotels to the selection of the driver and tour guides, everything is immaculate. Not even once did I feel any discomfort or any shortcoming in the planning. All through, Mukul kept in touch checking on us if everything was okay. And in Jaipur, we were received at the airport by one of the tour agents. Due to COVID restrictions, we had a tough time getting out of the airport when we started our tour. So, when we were returning to our hometown, the tour agent received us again at the airport, and stayed put till we crossed the security, just in case we needed any help.
Their commitment to their work and the passion they put in is outstanding. They are not like the rest of the operators who take money and then leave us. The best part is they are open to complaints, and act on it too. The meticulousness they exhibit and the transparency they present while planning the tour is the high point of Odin. There are no false promises, and they detail out about each place we plan to tour and suggest which to choose.
A friend of mine wanted to travel to Kashmir with his family and I have suggested to try out Odin Tours. He had a wonderful time there and returned a very happy man. A tour with Odin Tours is a memory of a lifetime.

I have know odin tours for past couple of years as a close friend of mine travels with them and has high praise for them always ,this year for the first time I travelled with odin as its a family trip to Kashmir and wanted to be on the comfortable side. We had the most wonderful time with everything taken care of right from we landed in Srinagar to again returning back to airport to Srinagar. We got a wonderful surprise with my daughter’s birthday celebration on the boathouse, we had a memorable day,thanks to odin tours. Amazing holiday, service and experience.
We contacted Mukul @ Odin a few weeks before travelling to India and gave him an idea of what we wanted to do. We eventually decided on a trip from Delhi to Agra, Fatehpur Sikri and Rathanmbore National Park for the tiger safari. Upon arrival at Delhi Airport we were greeted by Mukul and the driver (Bilu) and escorted to the car. The car had refreshments, WiFi and we were made to feel welcome, safe and we knew instantly we were in good hands and felt relaxed. Bilu is an amazing driver, courteous, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Nothing was too much for him, especially when we needed to exchange money an stop off on route or to shops etc.
Mukul and Odin Tours had arranged private tour guides at Taj Mahal, Red Fort, Fatehpur Sikri and Ranthambore. Each of these times the tour guide also greeted us at the hotel when we arrived. How comforting that was and its these personal touches that made us come to the conclusion that we will use them again when we return to India next year.
From the first phone call, the organising of the trip, the welcome, our driver, to the very last goodbye, the whole experience was one we will never forget. A most reliable, genuine and fabulous person, I have known Mukul for many years now. He arranged a trip for my family and kids this summer. From hotel accomodation to travel everything was safe, secure, well communicated, very competitive pricing. What a fantastic experience we had in India with Odin Tours. These guys offer such a personalised and in depth service we could not have been happier. Nothing was ever an issue to have, or get, or do when we requested it and the options made available to us when looking at initial itineraries made for an exciting time when leading up to our trip.
As a first timer to India, the level of comfort and confidence in our trip was very satisfying. The team at Odin went above and beyond a couple of times when unforeseen circumstances with trains and weather forced us to change out plans – alternative arrangements were made seamlessly.
